Plain-English terms for booking a Bounceplex movie night. By paying a deposit you agree to them.
A date is held only once the deposit is paid. The balance is due on the day of the event, before setup begins. Prices quoted at booking are the prices you pay; add-ons requested on the day are charged at the listed rate. Setup and disassembly are billed separately, from $100, based on the package and add-ons booked. Up to one hour of your booked window is reserved for them, 30 minutes to assemble at the start and 30 minutes to remove at the end; on 8-hour bookings up to 1.5 hours. If setup or removal takes longer than the reserved time, the additional time is absorbed by Bounceplex and does not reduce your show time.
Cancel more than 7 days before the event and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit is kept, but can be applied to a new date within 90 days. Date changes requested more than 7 days out are free.

A Bounceplex attendant stays for the whole show and runs the equipment. Guests remain the responsibility of the host. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times; the attendant is not a babysitter.
You choose the movie. For private backyard showings you supply the film (disc, streaming login or file). Public or ticketed events, parks and HOAs require a public performance licence; we can point you to the right licensing service but the licence is yours to obtain.
Normal wear is expected. Damage caused by guests, pets, sharp objects, food on the inflatables or ignoring the attendant’s instructions is charged at the repair or replacement cost.
Bounceplex carries general liability insurance. To the extent allowed by Florida law, Bounceplex is not responsible for injuries or losses arising from guests’ own conduct or conditions of the host’s property.
Shop items ship within 5 business days of payment. Digital downloads are delivered by email and are not refundable once sent. Physical items can be returned unworn within 14 days for a refund of the item price.
