We collect only what we need to put on your movie night, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you request a booking or place an order we ask for your name, email, phone number, event address, event date and the details of your event. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To run your event:
  confirming the date, planning setup, contacting you on the day.
• To send receipts and reminders
  about your booking.
• To improve the site
  through basic, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us operate: our booking and payment providers, email, and website hosting.

Children

Our website, Kernel’s Playhouse and the shop are for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases of books, magazines and audiobooks are made by adults.

Photos and video

We only photograph or film an event, or share images of it, with the written permission of the person who booked it.

Your choices

Email us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing messages. Contact details are in the footer of every page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
