Inflatables never go up in a storm. Here is exactly how a weather call works, so nobody is guessing on the day.
We check the forecast for your address the morning of the event and call you by 2:00 pm. If the forecast shows thunderstorms, lightning within 10 miles, or sustained wind above 15 mph during your showtime, we postpone. Light rain that clears before dusk is usually fine; we decide together.
The attendant can pause the show for passing rain and restart it. If lightning or high wind arrives, the show ends for safety; you keep the hours already delivered and we credit the unused hours toward a future booking.
Cancelling because of a forecast before we have made the call follows the normal cancellation terms in our terms of service.
